Emgwen Technical and Vocational College is a public college in Nandi County, Emgwen Constituency, Kilibwoni Ward, located off the Kapsabet–Nairobi Road. The institution provides a serene environment for learning and practical skills development.

The college was officially opened on 26 November 2021 and has been accredited to offer programmes in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, ICT and Business at artisan and craft levels, with Emgwen TVC highlighted as a centre of excellence in Building and Construction.
